About The Proz
The Proz is an industrial kitchen cleaning company based out of Parkersburg, West Virginia. True to name and slogan, The Proz are a team who make a name for themselves by exceeding expectations in cleanliness, timeliness, and delivery.
The business challenge
Every business seeks to create standards and control to best monitor and execute their business. The Proz operates a mobile workforce to run onsite jobs for their clients, requiring a system that accommodates onsite photo documentation, job scheduling, and documentation of clients. Their current system could accommodate but lacked the ability to process data in real time. The Proz wanted Imagi-tech to build a new application deriving from the one we had previously built for them to cover these new needs.
What we did
Imagi-tech would, based on an understanding of mobile workforce needs and the currently existing Proz system, design a new desktop and mobile application. This app would provide a smoother, more user-friendly experience for job scheduling, basic data entry, and reporting that accommodated modern hardware. Integration of real time data tracking and sharing would allow workers in the office to see photos as they were being taken by onsite employees.
What happened
The new application, JobTrax, centralized and streamlined the quality control processes The Proz needed for controlling their work. Through extensive back and forth, progressive improvement cycles, and continued development, a new web and mobile application were realized and continue to be built upon. Imagi-tech has been working with The Proz for over 8 years to build, maintain, and improve their system. The Proz continues to grow even now, thanks in part to their quality control system and dedication to getting work done appropriately.
