About HHI Rentals, LLC
HHI Rentals, LLC is a bike rental company operating in Hilton Head Island. They operate rentals for bikes, beach equipment, games, and fishing gear, to accommodate for any kind of vacation.
The business challenge
To organize and control rental receipt, scheduling, delivery, and pickup, HHI Rentals, LLC has had to make use of a variety of tools. However, HHI Rentals was dissatisfied with the service of multiple platforms and the cumbersome nature of using a multitude of tools. HHI Rentals, LLC determined that they would like their own system to centralize these various aspects into a single, centralized system to best service the bike rental industry.
What we did
Imagi-tech has partnered with HHI Rentals, LLC to realize the vision of a single, holistic bike rental solution like BodhiSys. This single system has incorporated everything from the initial customer experience for placing an order to scheduling and documenting delivery and pickup by field agents. Centralizing information and user experience in this way improves management, makes for easier access, and streamlines workflow.
What happened
Imagi-tech and HHI Rentals, LLC have created the BodhiSys platform to service all levels of equipment rental businesses. HHI Rentals, LLC has transitioned to use of BodhiSys for all of their rental processing, from beginning to end. Imagi-tech continues to fine-tune the system based on real feedback from HHI Rentals, LLC.
